Leading With Curiosity

Counselling, Psychotherapy and Sound Healing in Golders Green, North West London

Welcome, and thank you for visiting The Unfolding Space.

My Journey into psychotherapy began with a deep curiosity about the unconscious. The parts of us that drive our thoughts, patterns and relationships beneath the surface. This led me to train as a psychodynamic psychotherapist, where I learned to listen closely not just to what is said, but to what is felt, repeated, or hidden. I'm an accreddited member of the BACP and alongside my core training, I hold a certificate in mindfulness-based practices and am a qualified sound healing practitioner.

My approach is both insight-orientated and grounded.

I work relationally, paying attention to the dynamics within our therapeutic dynamic as a doorway to deeper understanding.

I value practices that can support bringing us back into alignment, whether through breath, through self-exploration, grounding techniques or simply embracing silence, so that healing can happen not just in the mind but in the body too.

Working Together

As a therapist, my role is to offer a safe, reflective space where you can gently explore your inner world and begin the journey of becoming more fully yourself. I work with empathy, curiosity, inviting you to share your experience of life, how you see it, feel it, and how you've come to navigate it.

Together we can begin to understand the root of your difficulties that often stem from unconscious patterns formed in response to earlier experiences. By bringing these patterns into awareness, we can create space for something new. We explore not just the symptoms but the deeper meanings behind them. I offer a confidential, containing space where reflection becomes a tool for self-understanding and eventually transformation. This process is not about 'fixing' but about 'unfolding' in order to reclaim agency and reconnect with your needs, desires and wants.
